Dr. Michelle Santiago
Pediatric Rheumatologist
Dr. Michelle Santiago completed her residency in Pediatrics and fellowship in Pediatric Rheumatology at Baylor College of Medicine. She is board certified in both specialties. Currently is the Chair of the Clinical Skills Department, San Juan Bautista Medical School and participates in clinical research at GCM.
Waleska Gonzalez
Director of Clinical Development
Waleska is a highly focused professional with over 20 years of experience in pharmaceutical companies as well as clinical trials. She has excelled in the areas of quality control, quality assurance and regulatory affairs. She has offered board consulting services to pharmaceutical companies and was a member of the Lilly Diabetes Study Coordinator advisory board for 4 years.
Luis Manuel Miranda
Clinical Operations Manager
Luis has been working at GCM Medical Group since 2015, completed his bachelor and master degrees in the UPR-Medical Sciences Campus, and was awarded two times in recognition of leadership, empowerment, humanity and academic excellence in research projects.
Mariely Cruz, RN BSN
Clinical Study Coordinator
Senior clinical study coordinator with over 8 years of experience in metabolic/endocrine clinical trials. In 2016, certified as Diabetes Educator by the Medical Sciences Campus of the University of Puerto Rico.
Bryan Rivera, RN-BSN, OCN
Clinical Study Coordinator
Bryan has been part of GCM Medical Group since 2016. He has a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the UPR-Medical Sciences Campus and a Specialty in Oncology from the same institution. At GCM Medical Group, he is Senior Coordinator and has 4 years of experience in research studies with Rheumatology and Dermatology.
Zesar Zorba
Director of Operations
Zesar is a 20 year veteran in the healthcare industry. Alumni of University of Massachusetts Amherst, he also has a “Mousters” Degree from Disney University, which he values both equally. American football coach from youth to semi-pro for 15 years, owning the Wolfpack franchise for 4 years.

Jeslyam M. Martinez Morales, Currently graduated from the Rafael Cordero Molina Specialized School of Commercial Education. Specialization in billing to medical plans. Assists the secretarial, clinical and operational department.
